About Me!

I am a Freelance News Editor at KPIX | CBS News Bay Area, where I support newsroom operations and live broadcasts. I have supported live news programming, with experience in Field Producing and News Photography for events around the San Francisco Bay Area.

I am a Cinema and Business Administration (Finance) graduate with a minor in Marketing from San Francisco State University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.92. Throughout college, I was involved in various activities, including the Marketing Club, serving as Senior Editor of HerCampus SFSU (a women-led online magazine), and being a member of the SFSU Student Union. Additionally, I earned a Certificate of Achievement in Marketing from Las Positas College in May 2024.

Alongside working at KPIX Channel 5, I also volunteer for multiple publishing companies, including L’Esprit Literary Review and Purple Ink Press. As a Social Media Manager at L’Esprit, I run their TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. I have gathered over 1,500 followers across platforms since joining their team in September 2025, with over 1.3 million views and 11,000 interactions. I also help run the company's Substack, ensuring that the audio edits are smooth and the captions are written with accuracy.

As an Associate Editor at Purple Ink Press, I work with our team to set up meetings weekly, along with running each social media platform and helping the owner with author communication. Since starting in September 2025, we have gained over 43,000 views, 1,600 interactions, and 1,200 followers.

I have experience in event planning, staff management, and Google applications (suite, drive, docs, calendar) from my time as a Studio Manager for Yoga Flow SF. Here, I worked closely with the General Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and create a community-based space.
